Welcome to Signature Rentals. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and rental services. By placing an order or entering into a rental agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Signature Rentals is operated by Bazwell Services Limited and provides furniture, appliance, and equipment rentals on a month-to-month basis.
2. Rental Term
All rentals are month-to-month unless otherwise stated in writing.
Rentals automatically renew each month until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
3. Billing & Payments
• Rental fees are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are charged automatically to the credit card on file
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in suspension of service or pickup of rented items
By placing an order, you authorize Signature Rentals to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
4. Cancellation & Early Termination
You may cancel your rental at any time.
Important:
• You will be charged for the full month in which the cancellation occurs
• No partial-month refunds are provided
• There are no long-term commitments or early termination penalties beyond the current month
5. Delivery, Installation & Pickup
• Delivery and installation are included unless otherwise stated
• Pickup will be scheduled after cancellation
• You agree to provide reasonable access to the unit for delivery and pickup
Delays caused by lack of access or third-party restrictions are not the responsibility of Signature Rentals.
6. Use & Care of Rental Items
You agree to:
• Use items only for their intended purpose
• Keep items in good condition
• Not modify, sell, or sub-rent the items
Normal wear and tear is expected. Damage beyond normal wear, loss, or misuse may result in additional charges.
7. Loss or Damage
You are responsible for rented items while in your possession.
Signature Rentals reserves the right to charge for:
• Lost items
• Stolen items
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear
8. Ownership
All rented items remain the exclusive property of Signature Rentals at all times.
No ownership or equity interest transfers to the renter.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented items.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the most recent rental month.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signature Rentals, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the rental items.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
