Refund policy

At Signature Rentals, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their rental experience.

Customers may choose to cancel their rental agreement before the end of the agreed rental period; however, an early termination fee equal to two (2) times the monthly rental amount will apply. This fee covers moving, handling, and storage costs associated with early cancellation.

All fees already paid are non-refundable, and furniture must be made available for pickup within three (3) business days of the cancellation date.

Signature Rentals reserves the right to inspect the condition of the rented items upon return. Any damage or missing items may result in additional charges.
