Cancellation policy

All orders made through Signature Rentals are considered final once processed.

Customers may request to cancel their order before processing or fulfillment begins at no charge. Once an order has begun processing (including preparation, scheduling, or delivery arrangements), a cancellation fee equal to two (2) times the monthly rental amount will apply to cover administrative, handling, and restocking costs.

After items have been delivered, installed, or accepted by the customer, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted other than those set forth in our Returns and Refund Policy.

Signature Rentals reserves the right to cancel or decline any order at its sole discretion due to product unavailability, payment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, any amounts paid will be refunded in full.
